Last night I attended a Viennese ball thrown by Duke’s Wind Symphony. It was a great opportunity to dust my bow tie off and, of course, take lots of photos. Glamorous attendants posing for the camera, circles of dancers learning polka, organizers participating in the traditional promenade… you name it!
If you attended the ball and want to use any of these photos for your Facebook profile, or perhaps email them to your parents, relatives and friends, you’re most welcome! They are free, no payment needed! There are, nevertheless, two terms of use I would please ask you to agree on. First, if you download the photos and post them somewhere else, don’t crop them. You’ll see a watermark on the bottom right corner; that gives me both credit and the copyright. Second, if possible, follow and publicize the blog (by sharing the link via Twitter, Facebook, your own blog, and so on.) The more people visiting my blog, the more opportunities I have to show my work. Does it sound fair to you, friends?
Thank you very much for a lovely soirée, enjoy the photo gallery, and see you soon!…
Great set of photos. This is a great look at Duke’s Viennese traditions!
